Alexander Papafotiou is a Director of Cadena Legal, leading the firm's commercial and corporate practice. He advises founders, family offices, private investors and crypto and technology companies on M&A, capital raising, joint ventures, shareholders agreements, trust restructures and governance. Alex was admitted to practice in NSW in 2019 and works across the firm's Sydney, Brisbane and Melbourne offices.
